This website, Americasbroadbandfuture.org, (the “Site”) is operated by America’s Broadband Future (“ABF,” “We” or “Us”).

 

America’s Broadband Future is a 501(c)(4) non-profit that promotes social welfare by addressing the root causes of the digital divide, including affordability and accessibility; advocating for a robust, permanent, and coordinated broadband expansion built upon existing broadband infrastructure that ensures all people get connected and that is fair to and inclusive of all Americans.

We understand that you care about how we collect, use, and share information about you when you interact with our website, social media sites and handles, and email (our “Services”) and we are committed to protecting your privacy online. This Privacy Policy explains

Please note that if you opt out as described above, we will not be able to remove your information from the databases of unaffiliated third parties with which your information has already been shared (i.e., third parties to which we already provided your information prior to the date that we implement your opt out request).

  1. USE OF SITE BY MINORS

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen, and we request that these individuals do not provide information or use the Services.

We do not knowingly, directly, or passively collect information from children under the age of 13. To respect the privacy of children and to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, children under the age of 13 should not provide any information on these Services. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from anyone younger than 13, we will delete that information.
